Refund & Return Policy

At Velvet Leaf, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium accessories. Because our products are intended for personal use, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.

01. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (glassware, tools, and accessories) and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once a purchase is completed. We cannot accept returns on items that have been handled or removed from their original packaging.

02. Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is if a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.

Notification Window: You must notify Velvet Leaf of any damage or defects within ten (10) business days of receiving your product.
Required Information: Please email support@velvetleaf.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, including high-resolution photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging.

03. Return Process & Supplier Interaction

Velvet Leaf acts as a curator of premium goods from various specialized suppliers. Once you notify us of a damaged item:

We will initiate an inquiry with the specific supplier of that product.
All returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Processing Time: Because we must coordinate with our global network of suppliers, the refund process can take time. Depending on the supplier's specific location and policies, it may take up to sixty (60) days for your refund to be fully processed and credited back to your original payment method.

04. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is a result of our error or a confirmed shipping damage, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

05. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances for:

Used items (including items used once or "tested").
Items missing their original branded packaging or serial numbers.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items.

06. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site and its content is at your own risk. The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Velvet Leaf hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
